依据国际标准ISO2631和国家标准GB/T4970《汽车平顺性随机输入行驶试验方法》对某型轿车进行平顺性试验,采集了汽车座椅底板处三轴振动加速度值。以Matlab为软件开发平台,实现了评价标准中时域法和频域法计算加权加速度均方根值,并重点研究了小波变换方法在汽车平顺性评价中的应用,实现了小波变换方法计算加权加速度均方根值。对三种计算方法进行比较,结果表明:各种算法计算结果差距不大,时域法更简洁;频域法适用于1/3倍频程分析人体振动影响;小波变换方法结果更接近于时域法,并且其具有时频局部分析特点,可以较好地应用于汽车平顺性研究中。

Based on the international standard ISO2631 and national standard GB/T4970 “Method of running test-automotive ride com-fort”,the ride comfort tests are conducted on a car and the triaxial vibration acceleration values of the car seat are collected. Time do-main,frequency domain and wavelet transform algorithm which can calculate the weighted root-mean-square acceleration are implemen-ted with the Matlab software development platforms. Wavelet transform algorithm is key research. The results show that the outcomes of calculation with different algorithms don't have significant differences,time domain method is more sample;frequency domain method is suitable for 1/3 octave analysis of the impact of human vibration;wavelet transform method results closers to the time domain,and be-cause of the frequency characteristics of local analysis,it can be better used in the vehicle ride comfort.
