Title:: Design and Implementation of Emergency Affairs Management System Based on SSI

摘要:: 为满足信息时代城市对突发事件处置的快速响应、准确报告、安全存储等要求，研究开发了应急事务管理系统。采用基于MVC模式的SSI框架进行系统开发，利用MVC模式对系统进行简单有效的分层式设计，使得系统的结构清晰，功能完善，同时SSI框架提供的丰富功能能够简化开发过程，降低系统代码耦合度，增强代码健壮性，提高基础功能的独立性。详细研究了应急事务管理系统的功能模块和业务逻辑，有效实现了基于SSI的应急事务管理系统的分层式开发。

Abstract:: In information age to meet the requirements of rapid response,accurate reporting and security storage to the emergency affairs in modern city,research and develop the emergency affairs management system. Use the SSI framework which based on the MVC model to the system development,make use of the MVC model to a hierarchical design of the system is simple and effective,it also makes the sys-tem a clear structure and a perfect function. And then the rich functions of the SSI framework can simplify the development process and reduce the coupling of the system code effectively,enhancing the code reusability and improving the independence of the basic functions. Research the function module and the business logic of the emergency affairs management system in detail,implement the hierarchical de-velopment of the emergency affairs management system which based on SSI effectively.
