摘要:

汽车行业公告管理、道路安全事故研究等业务经常需要网络协作办公。已有的OA系统并不能很好地满足这些工作需求，迫切需要建立一个网络协作办公平台。通过文中的研究，为中小型组织在较低成本下建立中、小型网络协作办公平台找到了合适的技术路线。通过采用系统分析和比较研究等方法，结合现实各方面情况，决定采用基于PHP开源技术的Feng Office作为网络协作办公平台的基础软件。文中研究分析了Feng Office的源代码、体系结构以及插件开发等机制，开发了自定义的插件，最终建立起一个专用的协作平台。文中的研究有助于进一步优化管理提升政府和企业对汽车行业的服务满意度。

Abstract:

Many business such as automotive industry management and traffic security accident need collaboration by Web. The OA sys-tem existed cannot satisfy the demand,so it's necessary to establish a Web collaboration office platform. Through the study,found an ap-propriate roadmap to establish a mid-scale or little-scale Web collaboration office platform for mid-scale or little-scale organization. By using the methods such as system analysis and comparison research,associated with actual situations,Feng Office based on PHP open source technology is adopted as the basic software for Web collaboration. Analyze the source code,system architecture and plug-in devel-opments of Feng Office,completing the self-defined plug-in. Finally,established a custom Web collaboration office platform. The study can help improve the satisfaction of government and enterprises in automotive industry management and service further.
