文中介绍了在LED分选设备中对进行晶粒抓取和放置的机器手的工作原理。利用PCI8134运动控制卡的特点,设计能够准确抓放晶粒的机器手。对所用的部件的相关使用参数和性能进行了分析,根据机器手的运动确定了硬件设计和软件设计方案。给出了相关的系统框图和具体的硬件连接图,叙述了程序软件层次结构,给出了机器手运动控制程序流程图,利用VC++语言编写了相应的控制程序和运动控制的用户界面。研究结果表明,该控制系统具有使用方便、安全可靠、性能稳定等特点
Abstract:
Introduce the principle of the mechanical arm,which is used for picking and placing crystal grain in the selector of LED. Make use of the characteristic of the motion control card PCT8134,design the mechanical arm which can grasp the crystal grains exactly. Ana-lyze the parameters and the performances of the used components,determine the hardware and the software according to the motion of the mechanical arm. Give out the system chart and the hardware connection diagram,describe the software hierarchy of the program,give out the program flow chart of the mechanical arm,make use of the VC++ language writes the control program and user interface of the mo-tion control. According to the research,the control system should have the characteristics of the usage convenience,the safety credibility and the performance stability etc
