摘要:
针对航空制造企业属于典型的离散型复杂制造、生产过程复杂、质量控制要求高等特点,分析了企业资源计划管理与车间现场控制之间信息和管理的分离而导致的生产管理问题,在企业内部生产过程中通过引入电子标签技术跟踪在制品,并兼容条码标签,实现了生产物料信息的实时采集;设计了软件平台实现了制造过程管理与企业资源计划管理的数据和业务集成。某航空制造企业应用的结果表明,生产过程控制能力、生产效率和生产质量得到明显改善
Abstract:
Aiming at the characteristic of discrete manufacture,complex production,high quality control requirements for aviation indus-tries,analyze the production management problem caused by information and management gaps between enterprise resource planning management and field process control. Radio frequency identification was applied in the manufacturing execution system for aeronautical manufacture process,in which tags were used to track work in process and the system was compatible with bar code technique in some ca-ses to achieve collection of the field production data in real time. The system integration framework is designed to achieve data integration and operation integration between MES and ERP. The proposed framework could improve the control capability of production process, production efficiency and products quality from application result in an aeronautical enterprise
