摘要:
为了实现对汽车转向时的主动控制,提高汽车的主动安全性,获得良好的路感,良好的汽车助力转向系统(EPS)显得尤为重要.本系统在前人的基础上进行优化设计,提高了系统性能.文中介绍了EPS的工作原理和系统组成.并在研究助力转向控制原理的基础上,设计了以56F8346为控制器内核的电子控制单元(ECU)和以IR2130为核心的驱动模块,并且介绍了电源电路和信号转换电路.在完成硬件部分设计的基础上,给出EPS软件控制的总体流程.实验结果表明,所设计的EPS控制器能很好地改善助力效果且性能稳定
Abstract:
For the realization of the car’steering control,improving the active safety and good road sense,it’rticularly important to design a good electric power steering ( EPS ) system. The system optimizes the design and improves system performance on the basis of previ-ous. It introduced the working principle and its hardware and software structures of EPS. On the basis of the EPS control principle,the EPS controller hardware with 56F8346 as core and IR2130 as drive module is designed,and describes the power supply circuit and a sig-nal conversion circuit. And the overall process control software is designed. The results show that the EPS controller designed well im-proves the power efficiency with stable performance
