摘要:: 为提升生产单位的生产动员业务管控能力、加强战时武器装备的保障能力,通过梳理生产动员的业务架构,分析动员生产过程中的计划、准备、调度、制造执行、外协、库房及配套管理等各业务活动特点,给出了信息化条件下综合生产动员中人、机、料、法、环等要素的生产管控模式,并建立了生产动员管控系统.基于生产动员管控系统,通过某型号的生产动员演练,实现了动员生产过程“看得见、管得住、做得好”,有力地提升了生产动员的效率和工作质量

Abstract:: For improving the production-making management&control in the armament production unit,and enhancing the support capa-bility of armament in the war,by organizing the production-making working structure,analyse the operational characteristics of the plan-ning,preparation,scheduling,manufacture,cooperation,warehouse and the matching management in production-making process,and also put forward the production management&control mode with the facts of person,machine,material,method,environment under the infor-mationized function,and build the production-making management &control system. Based on this production-making management &control system,the object of “good-visible”,“well-control”,and“better-producing” during the production-making process is realized in the production-making exercise for a certain airborne weapon to improve the efficiency and working quality of the production-making management
