摘要:
为了实现对心电信号实时监测,且尽可能节约成本,文中设计了一套基于LabVIEW的心电信号采集系统.系统的设计分为硬件和软件两部分:硬件部分主要包括信号采集、信号调理及MSP430单片机的AD转换电路;软件部分主要是通过配置LabVIEW通信模块与单片机实现串口通信,并利用其功能强大的高级信号处理包,借助于小波变换的优势对心电信号进行去噪、多分辨率分解等处理,最后重建无噪的QRS波,并检测R波峰值,从而计算心率.文中还利用LabVIEW友好的用户界面对接收的数据及处理过程进行实时波形显示,使数据更直观、读取更方便.本系统在实验的过程中,运行较稳定,取得了良好的结果
Abstract:
In order to acquire real-time ECG data and reduce costs,design a system of ECG data acquisition based on LabVIEW. The sys-tem is composed of hardware and software. Hardware is made up of signal acquisition and processing circuit and MSP430 microcontroller for AD conversion. The software mainly contains configuring LabVIEW communication module to realize serial communication with MSP430 and uses robust signal processing capabilities of LabVIEW and wavelet transformation to remove noise,multi-resolution decom-posing,and then reconstruct noiseless QRS,detect peak of R wave and finally calculate the heart rate. It also uses LabVIEW friendly user interface for real-time displaying received data to make the data more intuitive and read more easily. The designed system runs stably and achieves good result in the experiment
