摘要:
采用Ethernet接口的CAN总线协议转换器,可实现通过以太网接口方便地监听CAN总线上的数据,实现总线数据的收发等功能.文中以单片机C8051F340、以太网接口芯片CP2200和CAN总线协议芯片SJA1000等为硬件平台,设计了一个以太网与CAN总线的协议转换电路,实现了通过以太网进行CAN冗余总线的协议分析、总线数据的远程监控等功能.同时采用双通道CAN总线的冗余设计以提高电路的可靠性,而以太网端口供电的设计,使其具有携带方便、易于操作的特点.该设计已在航天器地面测试设备中得到很好的应用,其性价比高、实用性强的特点,非常适合工业控制领域
Abstract:
Using a CAN bus protocol convertor with Ethernet interface can monitor the data on bus and achieve transmit-receive of the data between CAN bus and Ethernet. It takes the single chip C8051F340,Ethernet interface chip CP2200 and CAN bus protocol chip SJA1000 as hardware platform,design a protocol conversion circuit between Ethernet and CAN bus,realized the functions of CAN redun-dant bus protocol analysis through the Ethernet,data remote control and so on. The redundancy design of dual channel CAN bus makes the convertor more reliable. The convertor power by POE technology,which makes the convertor more portable and easy to use. This de-sign was applied successfully to test device of spacecraft,and suited to industrial control
