摘要:
作为高校管理的重要内容以及绩效制度制定依据,高校教师评价问题近来成为研究的热点。鉴于传统评价方法存在指标集问模糊边域界定及其重要性筛选和权值确定过分依赖于人的主观判断等方面的不足,提出了一种基于粗糙集理论的高校教师综合评价算法。该方法中利用粗糙集理论、重要度概念以及相关性分析,先对初选评价体系中的指标进行界定及其筛选,再根据属性集中各属性值的整体数据呈现特征来确定该属性权重,很大程度上避免了原来属性集中各属性权重整体靠专家主观因素判断来确定的弊端。通过实例分析,验证了该算法的可行性与实用性
Abstract:
As the important content of the university management and the basis of performance system constituting, university teachers' evaluation recently becomes the research focus. In view of the traditional evaluation method has defects such as index set of fuzzy border definition and redundancy attribute reduction and weight coefficient determination excessively depending on subjective judgment, an evaluating algorithm for university teachers" value based on rough set theory is put forward. By using the important degree concept and the correlation analysis of rough sets theory, firstly initial index set is identified and screened to form index evaluation system, then attribute weight is confirmed according to the features of overall data in evaluation attribute set. This method decreased the drawbacks which the attribute weight of the original attribute set was determined by experts. And an example is used to illustrate that the proposed algorithm is feasible and practical
