文中以实际需求为背景,结合USB数据传输的高效性,实现了一种基于USB总线的虚拟串口系统。该系统以CY7C68013芯片作为USB处理芯片,采用USB协议规定的标准子类通信设备类,通过USB总线在物理层为主机提供一个虚拟串口。在硬件上设计了系统硬件连接电路,软件上实现了USB固件程序,并给出了USB虚拟串口和普通串口以及USB转串口器件的数据传输速率。经过测试,该USB虚拟串口系统传输速率相比普通串口提高了45.6倍,传输效率大幅提高,完全满足工业现场的需求
Abstract:
With the practical requirement for background, a kind of virtual serial port system based on the USB bus is implemented, combining with the high efficiency of USB data transmission. The system takes CY7C68013 chip as USB processing chip, and provides a virtual serial port for host using USB standard subclass communication device class through USB bus in the physical layer. In hardware the hardware connection circuits are designed, and in software the USB firmware programs are realized. Data transfer testing rates among USB virtual serial port, serial port and USB to serial port device are introduced. After testing, the USB virtual serial port system has a faster transfer rate than the serial port by 45.6 times, and fully meets the needs of industrial filed
