摘要:
为了实现民族关系评估监测与预警的自动化，通过对民族关系基础理论的研究，以C#为主要开发语言，利用趋势外推法和RSA算法设计并实现了民族关系和谐指数监测与预警系统。利用该系统不但可以便捷地管理用户的基础资料，还可以通过输入指标数据来查看用户当前地区的和谐指数，而且利用五年的指标评估记录可以预测未来五年各个指标的得分情况。系统测试结果表明，系统具有较高的安全性与稳定性，有良好的监测与预警性能，能满足用户的需求
Abstract:
To realize automation about the national relationship assessment monitoring and warning, through the study about basic theories of national relationship, with C# as the main development language, it uses RSA algorithm and trend extrapolation to design and implement a system of monitoring and warning harmonious index about national relationship. Using the system not only manages user＇s basis data, but also checks the harmonious index in the area through inputting the data of index, and forecast each index＇s scores by the five years＇ index evaluation record. Test results show that the system has high security and stabilit, and good performance monitoring and warning, which can meet the users＇demand
