摘要:
甘肃省农业服务外包是一项创新型的农业信息化发展模式,而外包信息平台的建设是衡量外包成效的重要环节,甘肃省农业服务外包信息平台采用ASP.NET 2.0与C#相结合的方式,用Microsoft SQL Server 2005提供数据库支持,主要从平台界面、外包、订单处理和电子物流等模块进行了设计。文中针对甘肃省农业服务外包信息平台实际运作情况,使用层次分析法对信息平台建设指标进行了分析,通过构建信息平台综合评价指标体系,对信息平台的基本功能进行评价。最后通过实证研究,发现平台建设中的优势与不足,并提出改进、完善措施与建议
Abstract:
Gansu agricultural services outsourcing is an innovative development model of agricultural information,while the construction of outsourcing information platform is an important part of measuring outsourcing success.Gansu agricultural services outsourcing information platformed uses a technology of ASP.NET and C# combination and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 as a back-end database support,and designs platform interface,outsourcing,order handling,E-logistics module and so on.For the actual operation of Gansu agricultural services outsourcing information platform,the AHP is used to analyse estimation of information platform construction,the basic function of the information platform is evaluated by constructing comprehensive estimation system.Finally,this study finds that platform's advantages and disadvantages and proposes improvements,improving measures and suggestions
