摘要:: 远程医疗是当今世界上发展非常迅速的高新技术应用领域。随着移动行业和互联网技术的发展,远程医疗也有了更广阔的前景。文中提出了一种以智能手机、平板电脑为终端,可移动性强、网络连接更加稳定、医患交互更加便捷的,集预防、监测、急救、康复指导于一体的健康管理与急救系统。该系统可以实现用户心电、血压、血糖和血氧等医学指标的远程医疗实时监护和急救功能以及健康管理功能。中心医院的专家可以通过对患者实时监护的信息进行分析、诊断,并与现场救护人员双向交流,远程实时指导,协同紧急救治,从而大大提高了救治成功率

Abstract:: Against the existing limitations and shortcomings of telemedicine systems,it proposes a system,setting of prevention,monitoring,first aid and guidance for rehabilitation in one,whose access terminal is smart phone or tablet PC,which has strong mobility,more stable network connection and makes the interaction between doctors and patients easier.The system can provide the real-time remote monitoring service of multiple medical indicators,as well as the management of the EHRs of users.The framework and principle of every composition of the system is also introduced.Experts in the rescue center could provide real time support for staff on the remote rescue site through this system,which could greatly increase the success rate of treatment
