摘要:
中小企业成长性评价系统是为帮助各级政府职能部门、社会中介服务机构以及企业管理者等能够根据中小企业发展状况做出客观整体判断,选择出具有高成长性的中小企业,有针性地为其提供准确有效的综合服务工作而研发的。系统通过借鉴国内外中小企业成长性理论和实践,采用了成长指数计算方法和过程,建立系统评价结论、成长性预测和专家意见相结合的评价服务体系为中小企业信息服务实践的有效范例,切实解决了中小企业服务中的实际问题,同时对中小企业发展起到直接的促进作用
Abstract:
The SME growth potential appraisal application system is researched and developed for government departments,the service organization and the enterprise superintendents etc.to make the objective whole judgment according to the SME enterprise development condition and find out appropriate company to support.System integrates indicator,knowledge and model libraries to provide an effective model of evaluating service structure by using the growth index computational method,solves earnestly the actual problem of serving for the SME enterprise,and promotes directly the development of the SME enterprise
