摘要:
空调系统作为现代飞机空气管理系统的一部分,对于机舱内温度、空气的调节起着至关重要的作用,其工作正常与否直接影响着飞机的乘坐舒适性。因此,研究空调系统的故障诊断具有十分重要的意义。文中从空调系统的物理结构出发,建立了单级循环结构图,得到了各环节的数学模型。采用自适应数值滤波器进行故障检测,引入3δ原则作为故障判断准则,并结合数学模型提出了联合故障诊断的思想,对系统故障进行定位和故障类型的判断。最后利用计算机仿真实验进行验证,仿真结果表明该联合故障诊断思想能够有效地进行故障诊断和定位,并实现了对传感器故障和元部件故障的准确区分
Abstract:
As a part of the aircraft air management system, the air-conditioning system is the key controller to keep the cabin warm and comfortable. So the air-conditioning system fault detection and diagnosis is important to keep it in normal working states. At first, analyzed the structure of the air-conditioning system, and then the single-stage loop structure is built, and the mathematical model of each link is obtained as well. The adaptive digital filter method and the 3δ criterion are applied to the fault detection. And based on the adaptive digital filter and the mathematical model, the joint fault diagnosis method is proposed for fault location and fault type judgment. At last, this method is verified by the simulation experiments. And the results demonstrate that the Joint fault diagnosis method can be successfully applied to ffault detection and fault type judgment
