摘要:
无线多媒体传感器网络扩展了传统无线传感器网络的应用范围,延伸了人们感知世界的物理空间,其在军事、民用、商业等诸多领域都具有十分广阔的应用前景。网络仿真技术作为传感器网络研究的基础,在这个快速发展的研究领域逐步成为测试新网络应用与验证新协议算法的通用方法。无线多媒体传感器网络虽已成为当前研究热点,但适于其个性特征的仿真实验工具仍然滞后。分析了无线传感器网络仿真技术,针对现有仿真实验工具的缺陷与不足,结合仿真无线多媒体传感器网络时所遇到的新问题,提出了一种无线多媒体传感网络仿真器的设计方案,并给出了该方案关键部分的实现框架
Abstract:
As a special application and extension of the traditional Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN),Wireless Multimedia Sensor Networks(WMSN) expand human's horizon to any physical space.It has shown its potential in a wide spectrum from military to industry,from commercial to environmental monitoring and so on.Network simulation is fundamental to study sensor networks,and is being the common way to test new applications and protocols in this evolving research field.The research of WMSN has become the hot issue,but the development of simulation experimental tools for WMSN is lagging behind.In this paper,analyzed existing simulation tools comprehensively and found that they have a lot of deficiencies if they are used for the researches of WMSN.A design of simulator for WMSN is proposed and a solution with its implementation framework is fit for new features of WMSN
