摘要:

企业OA系统的建设,是促进企业信息化建设、实现企业快速发展的重要保障,电子邮件是当今企业信息交流的重要手段之一。分析了我国企业基于Lotus Domino/Notes邮件系统办公过程中存在的问题,针对企业办公信息化需求,提出了OA邮件系统定时自动发件功能的思路。介绍了Lotus Domino/Notes邮件系统的特性及邮件系统路由邮件的原理,论述了Lotus Domino/Notes代理以及开发语言LotusScript的功能,应用LotusScript算法查寻目标,实现了电子邮件定时自动发信功能,大大提高了办公部门间的协同与办公管理和决策的科学性,从而提高了企业办公自动化水平

Abstract:

Enterprise OA system is the important guarantee of promoting enterprise information construction and realizing rapid development,email is the one of the important methods as the enterprise information exchange.Analyses the problems in the process of office based on the Lotus Domino/Notes mail system in Chinese enterpises.For the enterprise office informatization demand,puts forward the thought of the OA mail system timing automatically send pieces function.Presents the characteristics and routing mail mechanism of the Lotus Domino/Notes mail system,discusses the function of the Lotus Domino/Notes agent and LotusScript language.With LotusScript algorithm to search target,and realized the email automatic timing mail functions.This greatly improved the cooperation between the office departments and the scientific office management and decision-making,thereby improving enterprise office automation level
