摘要:
为了更好地使用曲线和曲面进行产品的外观造型设计,提出了将交互式遗传算法与非均匀有理B样条相结合进行产品形态创新设计。把控制有理B样条曲线和曲面的关键点、权因子和节点向量三个控制因素使用遗传算法进行层次编码,通过用户对实体进行交互式评价,最终以共识满意度作为遗传算法的适应度函数,然后进行对遗传编码进行交叉和变异操作,通过适应度函数的大小进行筛选,最后得到满意的解。以花瓶外观设计为例,利用VC++2003.net、acis和hoops的开发设计环境,对此算法进行了验证。实验结果表明此算法在产品外观创新设计中是行之有效的
Abstract:
In order to better use of curves and surfaces for product appearance design,based on this,it proposed a hybrid algorithm for product form creative design,which combination interactive genetic algorithm and non-uniform rational B-spline in product form design.Firstly with integration to control the rational B-spline key points,weight and node vectors to encode,consensus on satisfaction as a fitness function,secondly,for the crossover and mutation,finally obtained satisfactory solution.At the end,with vase designs,for example,using VC + +2003.net,acis and hoops of the CAD design environment,this algorithm has been verified.Experimental results show that the appearance of innovation in product design method is effective method
