摘要:
网络流量的自相似参数估计方法有多种,但研究表明这些方法在准确性或计算上都有一定的局限性。采用小波变换方法埘网络流量数据进行分析,对影响小波变换求解自相似系数的关键问题进行讨论,对信号边界处理以及滤波器长度对Hurst指数求解精度的影响进行分析,指出为了在同样的信号数据长度的情况下,获得更大的分解尺度,滤波器长度应该越小越好,并给出了小波方法详细的实现算法。通过仿真实验和基于自相似理论的网络流量异常检测应用实例,证明了该方法的可行性和有效性
Abstract:
There are several methods to estimate parameter of self-similarity, which measures the degree of self-similarity of network traffic, but researches have indicated that they have limitations either on accuracy or on computation. Introduce a method based on wavelet transform. The key issues which relate to compute parameter of self-similarity and details of wavelet transform algorithm are offered, including how to deal with boundary data and how to choose the length of filter, in which analyses that the smaller of the length of filter the more accurate result. Simulation result and the result of network traffic abnormity detection show that this method proposed is feasible and effective
