摘要:
分析了传统自动化办公的不足。在研究知识管理的相关理论基础上,提出了利用信息技术支撑知识管理的方案。该方案应用面向方面的架构技术实现知识管理平台,采用SwsiPlatformt平台规范构建基于知识管理的协同办公平台,并应用于实际系统的设计之中。实践表明,该方案使得信息流整合更加合理,各层之间的分工更加明确,适应企业的信息化现状,并具有一定的灵活性和先进性。该系统的应用能够创建一个高度协同的办公环境,提高自动化水平和管理水平,并能够为企业的经营管理提供决策支持
Abstract:
Under analyzing the shortcoming of traditional office automation,presents a scheme that knowledge management supported by information technology based on researching related theory of knowledge management.Firstly knowledge management platform was realized by service-oriented architecture technique in the scheme.Secondly SwsiPlatformt standard was applied to construct cooperation office platform based on knowledge management theory.Finally the idea was utilized to the design of the actual system.The research result has shown that the method made information flows be more reasonable,and every layer of division of services be more explicit.Besides it can adapt information status with some performance of flexibility and advance.The application of system is able to establish a high synergy office environment.So automation and management levels will be approved.Furthermore,it is significant for supporting the decision of management
