摘要:
由于现场总线标准不统一,各种现场总线协议之间实现通信比较困难。以太网技术由于其标准统一,把以太网技术和现场总线技术相结合是当前工业网络技术发展的新趋势。德国倍福公司提出的EtherCAT工业以太网拓扑结构灵活、系统配置简单、开发成本低,更具有高效高速率的特点,得到了越来越多网络工业设备开发商的关注。在研究Ether-CAT的工作原理、通信协议特点及其性能的基础上,设计了一种基于S3C2440和嵌入式协议模块comX的EtherCAT智能从站。详细介绍了该从站的硬件设计和软件设计过程并给出了组网调试方法
Abstract:
As the standard of fieldbus is not unified,communication between different fieldbus protocols is difficult.The standard of Ethernet technology is unified,so importing Ethernet technology into the field of industrial control and then integrating the Ethernet and fieldbus technology is the new trend of industrial network technology development.Due to its high real-time,flexible topology,simple system configuration and low development cost characteristics,EtherCAT industry Ethernet presented by Beckoff is concerned by more and more manufacturers.The working principle,communication protocol characteristic and capacity of industrial Ethernet EtherCAT is studied and on that basis an EtherCAT intelligent slave based on S3C2440 and comX is designed.The development of hardware and software is discussed in detail and the method of the networking configuration is introduced
