实现高速公路联网计重收费，需要解决的关键问题之一，就是通行费的计算和拆分要准确及时，从而保证各高速公路业主的利益。首先依据计重收费标准，设计了计重收费通行费计算公式模型。然后综合考虑客车和货车的通行费拆分方式，在现有联网收费拆帐系统的基础上，提出了计重收费通行费计算及拆分算法，详细分析了整个算法的设计与实现。最后将此算法应用于某省高速公路联网计重收费拆帐系统中，应用结果表明了该算法的有效性和实用性。
