摘要:
随着军事高新技术的发展和应用，军队指挥决策的样式也出现了很多变化，未来的军事行动将会越来越依赖异步指挥控制环境中的群体决策。对群体决策支持系统的基本概念进行了介绍；然后针对决策者在异步指挥控制环境中进行交互时存在的问题，提出了信息组件的概念，并将它们运用到异步指挥控制群体决策支持原型系统的设计当中。该方法节省了决策信息为所有决策者共享的时间，简化了对主观决策信息的量化过程，提高了群体决策的时效性。
