摘要:
随着互联网络技术的飞速发展，信息技术在管理方面的应用越来越广。一个高校如果没有科技管理信息系统，就不能真正地实现科技管理。通过对高校科技产业管理水平的分析，提出了用ASP开发基于B／S模式的科技管理信息系统，并对系统的设计思想加以详细阐述。该系统能够对项目计划、经费、成果和专利及知识产权、技术市场等环节的信息数据在计算机网络上进行处理，对费用进行实时控制和综合分析处理。科技管理信息系统对提高高校科技产业管理水平具有重要的作用
