摘要:
为适应社保信息化建设的需求，针对现有手工新闻发布方式无法满足信息实时更新的不足，设计了一个基于Web的社保新闻发布系统。给出了系统的设计方法，其中主要说明了系统的结构与功能、系统功能模块的设计与实现，并针对开发过程中遇到的技术难点给出了解决方案。该系统采用B／S模式，使用JSP和Oracle9i数据库技术开发。实现了网站新闻的动态管理，减少了信息维护的成本，使得对信息的管理更加及时与高效，提高了工作效率
Abstract:
In order to adapt the demand of the social security information construction, focusing on the inefficient existing handwork news issued cannot meet the requirement of information real-time updating,a social security news issue system on Web was designed. Design method of the system is introduced in detail. Mainly explained the structure and function of the system, the design and realization of the system function module. The solutions of the difficulty which appear during the research are also given. The system was developed by using JSP and Oracle 9i database technology based on B/S model. It realizes the dynamic management of website of news, reduces the cost of information maintenance, makes control over information more in time and high- efficient, and improves working efficiency
