办公费用控制在OA系统中的设计与实现-《计算机技术与发展》

摘要:: 根据国际工作流管理联盟提出的工作流技术，结合某造纸厂各行政部门提供的原始资料，提出了办公费用控制子系统的实现方法。介绍了子系统的功能模块组成，分析了办公费用控制的整个流程，选用DdpK7．0和SQLServer2000作为开发工具，阐述了子系统的数据库设计和子系统的实现技术。本子系统的运行，可以实现有效的办公费用控制，可以规范企业办公流程、增强企业的竞争力、促进企业的发展。文中设计的办公费用控制子系统现已投入试用，效果明显、运行状态良好

Abstract:: Based on workflow technology raised by W＇FMC, integrates source material offered by a paper mill＇s every administrative department, puts forward a subsystem＇ s completing method of office expenditure control. Introduces the subsystem＇s module forming, analyses the whole flow of office expenditure, chooses Delphi 7.0 and SQL server 2000 as exploitation tools, expatiates on the subsystem＇ s DB design and realizing technology. This subsystem＇ s run, can realize effective office expenditure control, can normalize company＇s office flow, enhance company＇s competitive ability and speed company＇ s development.
