摘要:: 工作流的研究和改进从未停止过。工作流技术实现了应用逻辑与过程逻辑的分离，在过程逻辑的建立过程中，可以不考虑资源的异构性，而将相关的资源融入到单个的过程逻辑中．有效地把所有资源合理地组织在一起。业务流程的自动化不仅需要对流程的结构做出详细的说明．也需要流程执行过程中对所需要的资源进行定义。工作流技术实现了对流程模型和组织机构模型的分离。为了能够科学的建模，组织机构单元和流程的活动以及它们之间的关联都需要很好的研究。文中在整个工作流的生命周期中，从工作流技术的组织机构方面做一些分析和研究

Abstract:: Workflow technology implemented the separation between applied logic and process logic. There is nothing about the heterogeneous of resource have to be considered in the course of establishment of process logic. And related resource can join into single process logic. So we can organize all the resource efficiently and correctly. Business processes automation requires the specification of process structures as well as the definition of re.sources involved in the execution of these processes, Workflow technology implemented the separation between process model and organizational model, In order to implement the correct modeling we should well research the link between the organizational elements and proces.s activities as well as the processes and workflow. The purpose of this paper is to give an overview of the organizational aspects of workfiow technology in the context of the workflow life cycle
