文中以火箭应用为背景，对其偏二甲肼（UDMH）等38种液体推进剂的测试数据进行了分类整理，详细讨论了它们的特性、数据定义与处理方法，并编制了易于部队使用的软件；实现了对液体推进剂各项性能指标、技术指标、分析检测、管理指标等数据进行快速检索等自动化数据处理，经部队试用，效果良好，对提高装备保障能力具有重要意义

Bassed on the application of the rocket,carry on the classification sorting of the test data about thirty- eight kinds of liquid propellant like UDMH and so on. Also detailed discussed their characteristic, the data definition and the processing method. And manufactured a software which is easy to be used by the troops. This database carried out the fast searches of the function index, technique index, analysis examination, management index and other automation data processing. This software has been tested by the troops,and the reflection is well. This means it has the important significance of improving the ability of guarantee for the equipment
