摘要:
远程教育是指利用网络技术实施教育的一种现代教育形式。新技术的发展和终身教育的兴起，促进了远程教育的高速发展，世界各国都非常重视远程网络教育体系的构建和远程网络教育基础设施建设。对远程教育实现方案进行研究，具有很重要的意义。文中首先介绍了远程教育的特点；然后将COD系统的运行原理应用于远程教育中，设计了远程教育COD系统的详细结构和数据库结构；最后提出了系统的实现方案
Abstract:
The tele- education means that utilizes a kind of modem education form in which the network technology implements the tele-education. The new technical development and lifelong education starting, promoted the distance learning to develop rapidly. The various countries all extremely take the long- distance network education system constructing with the long- distance network education infras- tructure construction. Conducting the research to the distance learning realization plan, has the very vital significance. So introduce the characteristic of the tele- education at first. Then apply the operation principle of （XDD system to the tele- education, design detailed structure of the tele - education （XDD system and database structure. Put forward the systematic realization scheme finally
