摘要:
办公自动化是企事业单位信息化建设的一个重要项目，“知识管理”作为一个新兴的概念，使办公自动化有了新的发展思路和更高的挑战，也使得办公自动化系统有了发展的契机和突破点。从全局性出发，主要对QA系统的三个发展阶段，知识管理和知识管理系统的内涵及当前的体系结构和开发平台、实施知识管理的关键技术进行了分析和阐述。指出B／S与C／S两者结合这一体系结构适合国内企事业单位OAS建设，Lotus Domino／Notes是目前世界上最优秀的办公自动化系统开发平台
Abstract:
Office automation is one of the important projects of enterprise informative construction. ＂Knowledge management＂ as a new deveiopiug ooncept, not only makes the office antomation get the newer thought about development and the higher challenge, but makes it get the follow -on moment and the breakthrough. This article is based on overall situation and mainly introduces about the knowledge management and the knowledge management system＇s connotation, three development stages, introduces and analyses the system framework; development platform; key technology during the process of facilitating knowledge management. It points out that the system architectures of B/S and C/S to join together is fit to office automation system oonstruction of our country＇ enterprises and business units. Lotus Domino/Notes is the current development platform of office automation system in the world
